The lodge itself is beautifully restored surrounded by farmland boasting it own private jetty, fishing lake, 15ft fibreglass boats plus life jackets which is available free of charge to residents. Adjacent to the “Lodge” is the Granary with washroom, storage room/drying room for your fishing gear, Bait fridges for the fisherman, a separate bathroom and there is also a games room upstairs with pool table and dartboard for your leisure. Free guided tour available within 10 mile radius which can be organised directly with the owner.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1 mile. Beach 51 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, reception room, w.c. FF: double with ensuite shower room, 2 twins, shower room.Oil by meter read and electricity by meter read, First €10 of oil and first €10 of electricity is included and then both meter read after this., open fire (no fuel supplied), linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, radio, fridge with small ice box, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, hairdryer, alarm clock, welcome pack, open plan shared garden, garden furniture, swings, locked shed available for storage, shared driveway, private off road parking. One small pet welcome.
