In an outstandingly peaceful location overlooking an estuary and the sand dunes of Crantock beach, this spacious single-storey holiday property has its own garden, patio and garage. Set along a ‘no-through’ road, it sits adjoining another property on a National Trust footpath – ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers. Within half a mile are Crantock’s village shops, pub and restaurant. Newquay (4 miles) has an excellent surfing beach, with the scenic coves of Polly Joke and Holywell nearby. Golf 2 miles. Shop ½ mile.

Three steps to entrance. Large living/dining room with open fire and sea views. Spacious well-equipped modern fitted kitchen. Conservatory. Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft four-poster bed. Twin bedroom. Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet.
