Located in the historic and quaint Cornish fishing town of Looe, on Cornwall’s south coast, is this stylish holiday home. The house is one of a pair, situated on a quiet road, and provides an ideal base to enjoy the surrounding area. Looe has a golden beach, many restaurants, pubs, cafes and quaint shops which line the little lanes that surround the harbour. The harbour front is within 800 yards, giving easy access to the beach and all amenities. Home to the country’s major fish markets which provide the freshest catch for that special meal or barbecue on the beach. Many coastal and woodland walks can be enjoyed and historic Plymouth makes a good family day out. Shops and pub 300 yards.

Living/dining room with gas ‘coal-effect’ fire, Cornish stone fireplace, exposed brick feature and wooden floor. Large galley-style kitchen with stone floor and door to garden. First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with TV. Fully tiled bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet. Second floor: Double bedroom with exposed beams. Separate toilet.
