Superbly located just ½ mile from Trearddur Bay’s beautiful Blue Flag beach this supremely comfortable detached property sits within a select and exclusive cul de sac only a few minutes’ walk from the village pubs restaurants and shops. Trearddur Bay enjoys a wonderul setting on Anglesey’s west coast a perfect location for exhilarating walking on the dramatic coastal path bird watching and visiting the famous South Stack lighthouse. The bustling port of Holyhead for day trips to Ireland is just 1 mile away and golf fishing sailing pony trekking and the Snowdonia National Park are all easily accessible. Hall. Spacious sitting room with gas fire. Dining room. Well equipped kitchen with Range cooker. Cloakroom/WC. First floor: Double bedroom with 5’ bed and ensuite shower room/WC. Double bedroom with 5’ bed. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle. Second floor: Twin bedded room with sloping ceiling. Small twin bedded room (for + 2 children) with sloping ceiling.
