In the heart of Broadland this attractive property with its large gardens and private hot tub is one of an attractive cluster of tastefully converted barns set within a short walk of Coltishall's pubs and river. Bustling Wroxham for boat trips shops and a myriad riverside pubs and restaurants is 2 miles. Walking cycling bird watching steam train trips craft markets Bewilderwood sandy beaches (8 miles) and Norwich city are all easily accessible.
