With stunning views across the peaceful Blyth Valley, this attractively furnished, three-storey town house is set in the impressive grounds of the Georgian Grade II listed Blyth View. In an ideal location for families, walkers and birdwatchers, it adjoins two others, sharing an indoor heated swimming pool, games room and fitness suite. A few minutes’ drive from the pretty unspoilt village of Blythburgh (with famous 13th-century church), the holiday home is well situated for coastal resorts Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich. Slightly further afield are market towns Halesworth and Beccles, Minsmere RSPB reserve, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings. Shop and pub ¾ mile.

Living/dining room, sofa-bed (alternative sleeping), electric ‘wood burner’, marshland views, French doors. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: Two twin bedrooms, marshland views. Shower room with double shower cubicle, bidet and toilet. Second floor: Double bedroom (6ft bed), en-suite bathroom, shower attachment, toilet.

    "35 Blythview had all the facilities we wanted and more besides. There were lots of toys for the children including some for playing out in the garden. Also the kitchen was very well equiped; appliances, utensils and crockery etc. The pool was nice as well"
