ATTRACTIVE COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF A DESIRABLE VILLAGE This character period cottage is nestled between two of Cornwall�s most popular destinations: Tintagel which is steeped in all the myth and legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and Padstow, with its picturesque harbour, narrow winding streets packed with boutiques and Cornish fayre, renowned for its celebrity chef Rick Stein. Port Isaac, known to many as the setting for ITVs Doc Martin and Saving Grace, offering a selection of traditional pubs and restaurants, is just a short drive away. Christmas Cottage is ideally placed just off the A39 which links North and South Cornwall making it ideal for touring the whole of the county, from the rugged wilderness of Bodmin Moor to the breathtaking and awe-inspiring Land's End. This stunning cottage oozes character, and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious master double, 1 twin and 1 single, all of which enjoy original exposed wooden floors. Bathroom: family size also situated on the first floor offering bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with ample seating around the flat screen TV with DVD and a wood burner. Dining/snug area: with ample seating around the dining table and some comfy seating to relax. Kitchen: galley-style with integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and small freezer. Utility room: separate with washing machine. Outside: an enclosed rear courtyard offers garden furniture with BBQ facilities. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach 3 miles, shop and pub within 1 mile.
