SET WITHIN A60 ACRE WORKINGFARMWITH HENS, CATTLE AND SHEEP TO BE SEEN, GAMES BARN This detached barn conversion has been furnished and equipped to a good standard yet retains much original charm and many original features. Perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall, there are a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves to suit all tastes as well as attractions which include The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park and the Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name but a few. In the evenings visit the local pub or relax in the enclosed patio area with seating and BBQ. Guests are welcome to feed the hens, get a tour of the farm (on arrangement with Owners) or simply choose to stroll the land. Games room: small with pool table, darts, punch bag and small weights bench. There is a large, enclosed trampoline which is available for guests on the lawn area. Enclosed fields are great for a game of football. The accommodation, which is upside down to take advantage of the far-reaching country views, offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with flat screen TV/DVD, 1 twin with flat screen TV and 1 bunk bedroom. The double and twin bedroom both have TVs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD and video. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio with BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included (central heating surcharge £20 a week valid September - end of April, payable to owner on arrival). Regret no pets. Location: beach 5 miles, pub and shop 3 miles.
