LUXURY GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT IN MUCH SOUGHT AFTER AREA, SLEEPS 2 + 2PARTIES OF 3 AND 4 ARE CHARGED AT PRICE BAND P PLEASE CALL FOR FURTHER DETAILS This well-equipped ground-floor luxury apartment is set in a most inviting and unique position just a walk away from Carlyon Bay and a short distance to many other beautiful bays on Cornwall's exquisite south coast. The Eden Project is a short drive away as are many National Trust properties and gardens. There are many attractions in the area which can offer fun-packed days out for the whole family whatever the weather as well as a host of traditional fishing villages, which are well worth a visit. A championship 6500 yard golf course is just 100 yards away with the renowned Cornish coastal path adjacent offering excellent walks and breathtaking views. In the evenings stroll to the nearby hotel for a drink or relax in the large enclosed communal gardens. This spacious and comfortable accommodation has been tastefully furnished with a homely feel, offering TWO bedrooms: 1 large double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: luxurious with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with wooden flooring and offers a 37" flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen area with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: large, enclosed communal gardens. Amenities: ample parking which is approached via security gates and a cupboard is available to store bikes etc. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Additional info: the property is laid out in a way that may suit disabled or elderly persons.
