JUST A STONE'S THROW FROM THE LOCAL AMENITIES AND SANDY BEACH In a truly unique position, this ground floor luxury apartment is a short stroll to the sandy beach at Carlyon Bay. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall, There are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes close by including The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, Dobwalls Theme Park and numerous unspoilt fishing villages to name but a few. In the evenings stroll to the nearby hotel for a drink or relax in the large enclosed communal gardens with seating. The local hotel also offers swimming facilities at an extra cost. There is a championship 6500 yard golf course only 100 yards away and the Cornwall coastal path is adjacent to the course. The accommodation is extremely spacious and well-equipped and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath, shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large, open-plan with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV with Freeview, video and hi-fi. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car approached via security gates. Bed linen, electric and full central heating included. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no pets. Additional info: storage for mountain bikes, surfboards, prams, etc. Location: beach under 1 mile, shop and pub walking distance.
