Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings and relax in the large communal gardens. An ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon you will be less than 3 miles to the A30 to take you to a wealth of attractions including the North and South coast beaches, The Eden Project, Tintagel with its Arthurian legends, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and much more. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a 10 minute drive and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Shared utility room: external with washing machine and WC. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Heating supplement of £20 from October - April (inclusive), payable to owner on arrival. Regret no pets. Additional info: fresh vegetables are available to purchase from the owners garden (seasonal). Discount available for families wanting to book both properties. Location: beach 15 miles, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival: you will be greeted with a cream tea and homemade cake and bread on arrival. Garden is arranged on the ground floor and offers ONE bedroom: zip-and-link double which can be a twin with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: with wood burner (babies and toddlers be careful), TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen: galley style with cooker, fridge and microwave. Outside: patio area with seating and BBQ.
