REGRET NO CHILDREN - UNDER 2'S WELCOME At the end of this sweeping private drive, with views across the farmland you will find a cosy barn conversion that welcomes couples at any time of the year. With its wood burner and rural location, Polkanugga is ideal for spending evenings by the fire or taking a stroll. Intriguing wildlife and unique plants make this an area of geological interest. Dine al fresco with a fantastic sunrise and view over the field on the elevated balcony accessed from the bedroom. Enjoy The Helford River with breathtaking views and hidden quiet spots on the banks, The Lizard also hosts many beaches and good access to the popular towns of Penzance, Truro and Falmouth. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: spacious first floor king-size with en-suite shower, WC and heated towel rail approached by an open-tread staircase with a stable door leading to a decking area with seating and views. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with wood burner (first basket of logs free), TV, Freeview, DVD and CD. Traditional dining area. Well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox and washing machine. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included.
