In the centre of a picturesque and peaceful Rutland Water village this perfectly charming spacious cottage and its delightful garden is one of a row set just 250 yards from the village pub which serves food. Two miles away the market town of Oakham offers fine shopping galleries restaurants coffee shops and inns and historic Uppingham home to the famous school is 4 miles. Nearby places of interest include Rockingham Castle Stamford Burghley House and Geoff Hamilton's lovely garden at Barnsdale. Local footpaths lead to wonderful views of Rutland Water with fishing and sailing (2 miles).

Sitting room with open fire. Dining room with door to garden. Well equipped kitchen. First floor: Double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed (twins by arrangement). Single bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
