Lostwithiel nestles in a valley on the banks of the River Fowey. This 18th century character, adjoining cottage is on a narrow street in the heart of the town where antique and craft shops mix with local cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Eden Project, sailing town of Fowey and two golf courses all nearby. Sheltered coves of the south coast and surfing beaches of the north just a short drive. Horse riding, kayaking, sailing, fishing available. Railway station 400 yards. Shop 50 yards, pub 15 yards.

Large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and French doors to garden. Spacious, galley-style kitchen. Utility. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with double bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. Twin bedroom with TV. Bathroom with roll top bath, shower attachment and toilet.
