In the peaceful countryside of the Scottish borders and only half a mile from the village of Chirnside Whitehall Country Park's 130 acres provide a delightfully tranquil setting for these four outstanding lodges. Each lodge is finished to the highest standards – The Lodge is particularly luxurious – and all of them are perfectly located for enjoying lovely walking wildlife watching (deer regularly visit the lodge gardens) and fishing which is available free of charge on the Whiteadder River in season. The nature reserve and spectacular coastline of St Abb's Head are just a few miles away and at Berwick-on-Tweed (8 miles) a historic town with impressive Elizabethan ramparts and interesting Barracks Museum visitors will find a good selection of shops and restaurants as well as cinema and theatre. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Northumbrian Heritage coast with its glorious unspoilt beaches and castles to explore are a half hour drive whilst the myriad delights of Edinburgh one of the world's greatest and most beautiful cities are only an hour away. Mellerstain Floors Castle and Manderston are among the many fascinating stately homes within easy reach. Shops and pubs serving food ½ mile.

Open plan sitting room with log burning stove splendid views dining area kitchen and sliding doors to verandah. Utility room. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). First floor: Master double bedroom with sitting area doors to balcony with lovely views and ensuite shower room/WC.
