Built from the stone of the original barn and boasting an inglenook fireplace in its smart interior this luxurious cottage and its lovely garden offer a haven in which to relax and unwind. Set in the heart of the village of Baston a short stroll from shops and pubs the cottage lies just 6 miles from Stamford's excellent shopping cafes restaurants and inns. Walking cycling fishing and water sports at beautiful Rutland Water Geoff Hamilton's glorious gardens at Barnsdale Burghly House and horse trials the quaint market town of Oakham and Uppingham (home to the famous school) are all a short drive.

Very well appointed kitchen. Cloakroom/WC. Beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. Dining room with doors to patio and garden. First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
