Just over an hour’s drive from Dublin, this delightful house is situated on a spacious ten acre site with open-plan grounds and tennis court. The accommodation is tastefully furnished throughout, with fabulous furnishings including a leather suite. The open-plan design lends that spacious feeling. The resort offers a wide variety of leisure facilities, from coarse and game angling to sailing and horse riding. Nearby is a championship 18 hole golf course, pitch and putt course, and adventure golf. There is a lovely lake about a 10 minute drive away, which has a man- made beach and is safe for children. Shop. Pub 440 yards. Beach 40 miles. GF: lounge/diner, kitchen. FF: double with ensuite bathroom, twin, single, bathroom. Oil and gas central heating included, electricity supplement of €7, storage heaters, Electricity is €7 a day, cot, high chair, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, partially enclosed garden, patio area, picnic bench shared, off road parking, tennis. Sorry no pets.
