In its peaceful setting (pictured) in a conservation area adjacent to a nature reserve this well renovated Grade II listed comfortably furnished cottage (shown centre) enjoys a splendid position with lovely views in countryside made famous by 'Last of the Summer Wine'. One of a little row it is close to the Huddersfield Narrow boat Canal and near National Trust moorland as well as the Peak District National Park with superb scenic walking. Marsden ½ mile has local shops cafes pubs and excellent train service to Manchester/York. Canal heritage centre and dining pub 100 yards.

Sitting/dining room with stone fireplace and gas 'wood burner effect' stove. Galley kitchen. Steep stairs to first floor: Double bedroom. Single bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
