Close to the heart of this most famous and fascinating market town, this attractively furnished town house is in a quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare’s birthplace and the Guild Chapel. One of a row, the holiday property has many amenities close at hand and is the ideal location for a short break or a longer stay. Charlecote Park and Hampton Lucy are a few miles away, while good access roads lead into the Cotswolds for a tour of the many picturesque villages and fine ‘wool’ churches. Shops and pub 100 yards.

Entrance hall. Living room with laminate floor. Dining room/conservatory with laminate floor and patio doors. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: Utility. Double bedroom. Bathroom with toilet and ceramic tiled floor. Second floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and en-suite shower room with toilet. Single bedroom with additional pull out bed (for +1) and TV.
