This pretty holiday cottage has its own garden with far reaching views, picnic table and barbecue. Dating back to the 1700s, it has retained many original features, including the oak workbench used by generations of blacksmiths. Nearby Siblyback Lake offers a variety of water sports. Golf, riding, fishing, and moorland and river walks locally. Only 20 minutes’ drive from either coast. Several NT properties and many gardens nearby. Eden Project 14 miles. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.

Living/dining room with wood-burning stove, beams, pitched ceiling and some exposed stone walls. Small farmhouse-style kitchen with terracotta-tiled floor and an exposed stone wall. Double bedroom with antique bed-head and exposed beams. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. First floor: Twin bedroom with low pitched ceiling.

"Though in a beautiful area it is some way from anywhere to eat. The kitchen was perfectly capable if wishing to cook any meal, but we only wanted to cook breakfast and go out for evening meals. The pub in the village closed down in March and the nearest t"
