In an elevated position, overlooking the village church and with views of Little Petherick Creek from the terrace, this charming detached south-facing holiday cottage is delightfully furnished and well equipped. Dating back to 1820, the walled garden has river frontage and small summerhouse. It is just 3 miles from marvellous sandy beaches, and close to Padstow for restaurants, good fishing and sailing. Excellent walking and cycling along the Camel Trail. Golf at Trevose and St Enodoc. Riding, water-skiing and surfing locally. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

Living room with open fire. Large dining room/well-equipped kitchen with Aga (for cooking). Sitting room with doors to terrace. Second kitchen area. Shower room with toilet. First floor: Four bedrooms (maximum 5 people accepted, therefore choice of bedrooms); two double, one twin and one single.
