Peacefully situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty these very comfortable and spacious cottages (The Willows is skillfully converted from a medieval barn and Cherry Tree Cottage is newly built in a traditional style) both burst with character and an abundance of oak beams and offer a superb setting in which to celebrate a special family occasion or reunion in a truly luxurious setting.|A host of fascinating historic market towns await exploration within this superb location in the gently rolling countryside of boarder lands of England and Wales with Newtown sitting on the banks of the River Severn being the closest at just 5 miles away and offering a good selection of pubs restaurants excellent shopping and is famous for arts and music galleries museums and a theatre for visitors to enjoy. The National trust Powis Castle soaring dramatically above its glorious gardens and the Llanfair and Welshpool steam railway are a short drive. Medieval Shrewsbury birthplace of Darwin and the Ironbridge gorge museum are within easy reach. Golf fishing clay/game shooting and walking can be enjoyed locally. Nearest pub serving food 50 yards. Eight bedrooms all ensuite. Spacious and comfortable sitting/dining room with open fire. Well equipped kitchen with range cooker.
