Overlooking the famously lovely lower Wye Valley this very spacious and attractive 19th century school conversion enjoys a quiet village setting just 350 yards from a pub/restaurant. Tintern Abbey and the market town of Monmouth with shops restaurants cinema and Nelson museum are 5 miles. Offa’s Dyke and the Wye Valley Walk pass close by and riding fishing cycling and canoeing are under 8 miles RSPB Symond’s Yat is 12 miles. Three bedrooms all ensuite. Spacious and very comfortable beamed open plan sitting room with wood burner and well equipped kitchen and dining areas. Cloakroom/WC. Double bedroom with 6’ 6” bed TV and ensuite shower room/WC. First floor: Two twin bedded rooms with TV and ensuite shower room/WC.
