Less than 10 minutes’ drive from the nearest sandy cove on the beautiful south Cornish coast, these two holiday cottages are set in 4 acres of beautiful, peaceful gardens with pond, surrounding the owner’s Grade II listed manor house which has existed since 1066! This AONB offers excellent walking, with pretty beaches, sailing and river trips at Fowey (5 miles) and Mevagissey (11 miles). Sailing tuition is available at Fowey. Bird-watching and fishing at Luxulyan and on the Fowey river. Golf at Carlyon Bay, the old port of Charlestown and St Austell, all within 5 miles. Shop 1½ miles.

"The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ideally situated for visiting the Eden Project, and the surrounding area such as Mevagissey, Fowey and Charlestown to name just a few. Aug 2011."
