Set in lovely countryside on a working farm this very comfortable newly converted barn is ideally located for exploring the north and south Cornish coasts. Adjoining the owners' home it lies 2 miles from the market town of Helston and Flambards theme park within easy reach of lovely coves and beaches on the Lizard peninsula water sports the gardens of Glendurgan Trebah and Trevarno and St Michael's Mount and Penzance. Pub 1 mile.

Spacious sitting room with wood burning stove and doors to garden. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Double bedroom with 5' bed and ensuite bathroom/W.C. with separate shower cubicle. Twin bedded room with zip and link beds (double by arrangement) and ensuite shower room/W.C.
