Commanding stunning views across the Tamar Valley towards Dartmoor are these recently converted former barns. Very comfortably furnished they enjoy a peaceful rural setting just 30 minutes drive from sandy beaches on the south coast and the quaint fishing ports of Looe and Polperro. The market towns of Callington Launceston with its Norman castle and steam railway and Liskeard offering a scenic train ride to Looe are nearby whilst historic Plymouth's many attractions are just 19 miles away. The 15th century Tudor N.T. property of Cotehele and Buckland Abbey are just a short drive away. St Mellion golf club 6 miles. Shop ½ mile pub 1½ miles.

Very comfortable open plan sitting room with dining and kitchen areas and doors opening onto decking area with furniture and lovely views across the Tamar Valley. A ramp gives access to the shared lower garden. Twin bedded room. Spacious shower room/W.C.
