A stylish conversion of a former dairy, this spacious accommodation is set over two floors with open-plan living areas upstairs in a loft-style space. Retaining much original character, it provides comfortable, contemporary furnishings and a high standard of fittings. Within the extensive grounds of the owners’ country house, in the lovely hamlet of Bushley in open countryside near Tewkesbury, it makes a perfect retreat, and an excellent central base for the Cotswolds, Midlands, SW England and S Wales. Walking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, sailing, wind surfing and mountain boarding locally. Peace and tranquillity with accessibility. Shops 2 miles.

Entrance hall with flagstone floor. Two steps up to twin bedroom. One step down to bathroom with toilet and double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. Doors to garden and winding staircase to first floor: Open-plan modern fitted kitchen with island unit (timber work top), and dining area. Three steps to living room. Sloping ceilings with exposed beams, and rugs on timber floors throughout first floor.
