Perfect for a relaxing break and nestling in a wonderful rural setting with views across undulating countryside this delightful property adjoining the owner’s home boasts a private patio. The cottage is within reach of a host of delights and only 3 miles from the market town of North Walsham with its pubs shops and restaurants 4 miles from Bacton and Walcott and 6 miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of Mundesley and Happisburgh. The fascinating waterways of the Norfolk Broads offer boat hire fishing river trips and craft centres to explore. In the pretty North Norfolk Coast fishing villages you can enjoy bird reserves seal-watching trips and local seafood whilst Cromer and Sheringham offer golf and traditional seaside attractions. Norwich a medieval city with a castle shopping galleries theatres and eateries is a 14 mile drive and Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (N.T) are easily accessed. Pub 1 mile shop 3 miles. Entrance hall.
