Enjoying direct access to an unspoiled stretch of the River Thames (pictured) and to the long distance path which runs from its source to the sea this very comfortable property has recently been converted from attractive brick and stone farm buildings. Tastefully decorated it forms a single storey wing of the owner's house. Fishing is available. Within 1 mile are two good pubs one with restaurant. Leisure park 2 miles. Witney (7 miles) and Abingdon (9 miles) are interesting local market towns and Oxford is only 10 miles. Shop 2 miles.

Large and very comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove and exposed beams. Fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Beamed double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed (twins by arrangement). Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
