This charming, stone holiday cottage is situated less than a mile from the award winning village of St Tudy and retains many original features including slate floors, beams and inglenook fireplace. Beautifully restored, it has a conservatory overlooking the garden and countryside. Padstow is close by with shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein’s restaurant, and ferries to Rock. Enjoy water sports and walk or cycle along the Camel Trail. Close by are sandy beaches, Port Isaac, famous for TV’s ‘Doc Martin’, Boscastle, and Tintagel - the mythical home of King Arthur. Shop, pub 1 mile.

Large living room with wood-burning stove. Dining room with French doors to conservatory and well-equipped kitchen with electric Aga, m/wave and bespoke kitchen units. Utility. Beams and slate floors throughout ground floor. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room (double power shower cubicle) and toilet. Twin bedroom. Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with toilet.
