In the small hamlet of Watton, 11/4 miles from the beach at Eype and the Famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast, this lovely, upside down 1870s barn conversion has a spacious upstairs with vaulted ceiling, wooden floors and beams and is ideal for exploring from Lyme Regis to Weymouth. Surrounded by footpaths, West Bay is a short walk across fields or a 5-minute drive. This beautiful, popular fishing port has many attractions, pubs and restaurants. Superb for coastal walking, fossil hunting, swimming, boating, fishing and quaint seaside resorts. Shop 3/4 mile, pub 1/2 mile.

Four bedrooms, each with TV/DVD; two double, one twin, one single (for +1) with additional 2ft 6in pull-out bed (for +1 child). Wet room with toilet. Separate toilet. First floor: Large living/dining room with kitchen area, door to balcony, vaulted beamed ceiling and oak wood floor.
