Located beside the Ladybower Reservoir, this former filter house for the reservoir has been converted into sumptuous apartments. This contemporary duplex apartment offers a high standard of accommodation and up to the minute facilities. Nestling in this stunning countryside of outstanding beauty and in the heart of the Peaks National Park, it is often referred to as the ‘Lake District of The Peaks’. Located at the southern end of three reservoirs, 100 yards from an award-winning inn and only 6 miles from Castleton, famous for its caverns with boat trips. Shop 1 mile, pub 100 yards.

Double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle and toilet. Lower ground floor: Open-plan living/dining room with well-equipped galley-style kitchen and tiled floor. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with toilet. Outside is a patio area and a tiered garden covering a sloping banked area that rises up with views of the woodland beyond.
