Perfect for a relaxing break exploring Stratford-upon-Avon (1½ miles) and the glorious Cotswolds this delightful single storey barn conversion sits in peaceful Warwickshire countryside. Newly refurbished to retain many of its original features while offering modern comfort it adjoins the owners' farmhouse home enjoying use of their lovely two acre gardens and hard tennis court. Just 5 minutes' drive away visitors will find a host of attractions including Shakespeare's birthplace the Royal Shakespeare Theatre canalside bars and restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities. Warwick's impressive castle National Trust properties and the myriad delights of Oxfordshire are also easily accessible.

Studio style accommodation. Open plan sitting room with double bed well equipped kitchen and dining area. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
