More about The Barn

Very cosy and comfortable, The Barn is less than 2 minutes’ walk from all Much Wenlock’s inns, restaurants and shops. The small medieval town, home of the original Olympic Games, is very well situated to visit the nearby Wenlock Edge, Ironbridge and its museums, Stretton Hills and Shrewsbury’s historic town centre are all within 10 miles. Compact sports centre with swimming-pool and tennis courts locally. The cottage has a pleasant, secure enclosed walled garden to quietly relax. Shops 100 yards.

Sitting-room with gas living-flame wood-burner in stone fireplace and French doors to garden. Dining room with French doors to garden. Well-equipped, fitted farmhouse-style kitchen. First floor: Three bedrooms, all with sloping beamed ceilings; one double, one twin and one small single with 2ft 6in bed (for +1 child). Bathroom with toilet.
