A perfectly appointed holiday home built on the site of the original Crantock Bakery. One of a pair, this cosy property provides for every holiday need being only minutes from the wide golden sandy beach and close to the quaint old thatched pub in the heart of the village. Crantock has a post office, tea room, gift shop, art gallery and three pubs all serving good food. Sea fishing, horse riding, family tourist attractions such as Crealy Adventure Park and Dairyland, go-karting and many NT properties and gardens are all nearby. Shop 500 yards, pub ⅓ mile.

Compact living room. Well-equipped kitchen/dining room with TV and French doors. Separate toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
