Perfectly located for exploring the Roseland Peninsula, the village of Probus with its well known restaurants, little shops and pub is well placed for touring. This deceptively ample, detached cottage offers character, space and a peaceful garden. With its beamed ceilings and small shuttered windows, guests will immediately feel at home at this cottage. The area offers secluded beaches, excellent walks, cycling and interesting villages. Truro, Fowey, Newquay, The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan within easy reach. Shops 100 yards.

Spacious living room with electric ‘wood burner’, open-plan with attractive, country-style, well-equipped kitchen with gas range (for cooking), dining area and tiled floor. Day room with day bed, looking out onto patio. Utility. First floor: Double bedroom with TV and antique-style 5ft bed. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over corner bath and toilet. Wooden floors in bedrooms and most rooms beamed.
