This stylish, detached, single-storey holiday home offers panoramic views across the beach to the sea and coast from its decked garden. The house provides comfortable accommodation just minutes’ walk from the beach in one of Cornwall’s beautiful coastal resorts. Looe is home to a fish market, as well as restaurants, boat trips and fishing itself from the harbour. The quaint and historic fishing village of Polperro is nearby, along with numerous cycle routes and surfing spots, and a farm shop. Various attractions such as the Monkey Sanctuary and National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth are available. Golf courses and NT gardens and houses locally. Shop 200 yards, pub 1 mile.

Spacious open-plan living/dining room with picture window, French doors to decking, sea views and well-equipped kitchen area. Utility. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with additional single pull-out bed (for +1). Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
