Situated within peaceful pastureland overlooking wooded hillside, this attractive barn conversion lies between Rilla Mill and Upton Cross. Detached, the ground floor holiday property enjoys a south-west facing patio, an ideal spot from which to enjoy the abundance of wildlife, and views of Bodmin Moor - with its Bronze Age relics and tin mine buildings, it makes this a fascinating area to explore. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with the fishing village of Polperro and sandy beaches at Looe. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a short drive, as well as many NT properties and gardens.Shop ¾ mile.

Open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove, oak floors, high pitched ceilings, and exposed rafters and natural stone. Archway to separate galley-style fitted kitchen. Two double bedrooms, each with TV/DVD; one with 5ft canopied bed and oak beam, one with 3ft zip & link beds (can form 6ft double). Bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate aqua jet shower and toilet.
