Nestled in the small village of Drakewalls in the Tamar Valley (AONB), this adjoining holiday property is midway between the Cornish town of Callington and the Devon town of Tavistock. A short walk away is the local station where the train can be caught to Plymouth. From the quay at Calstock there are many river cruises to take along the Tamar Estuary, and canoeing is popular. Drakewalls is an excellent base to explore the region from, both North and South Cornish and Devon coastlines are within 1 hour’s drive. Shop 200 yards, pub 1 mile.

Living/dining room with French doors to courtyard. Well-equipped kitchen with range (for cooking). Double bedroom with door to garden and en-suite shower room with toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet; one double and one twin. Wooden floors throughout.
