Enjoying a splendid rural position surrounded by open fields yet within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon (10 miles) Warwick Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds this comfortable cottage offers an ideal base for a relaxing break. Well presented and full of character it adjoins the owners' home sharing their large carefully maintained garden – perfect for those long lazy summer evenings. The area's lovely landscape is threaded with designated walks the path from Edghill to Edgecote famously takes in the English civil war battelfields and Charlecote Park and Upton House (both N.T.) and the Compton Verney Art Gallery are all a short drive. Shop/P.O. and pub serving food in Kineton 1½ miles away.
