This elegant and spacious holiday home at the end of a small private close is ideally located to discover Durham and Northumberland, offering a unique combination of tranquil countryside, vibrant city life and historical sites. The famous open air living museum of Beamish is a short walk away. This tranquil property is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Beamish Valley, beautiful woodland and cycle paths. Beamish boasts several fabulous country inns and Northumberland’s sweeping sandy beaches are within easy reach. Shop/P.O. ½ mile, excellent pubs a 5-minute drive.

Large living room with gas ‘wood burner’ and French doors to garden. Spacious, well-equipped, open-plan contemporary kitchen/dining room with granite worktops, Belfast sink and wooden/tiled floor. Spacious conservatory. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Separate tiled shower room with toilet.

"I have been renting these cottages for nearly ten years. This cottage is the best I have rented to date. It rightly deserves its five star rating. If I could I’d take the kitchen back with me to the USA and put it my house. Oct 2011."

"The property was decorated out to a high standard and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and included a wine cooler. The conservatory was nice and light and airy and you could sit in there to eat. However, although the master bedroom"

"This property is on a quite small estate being the end terrace and largest. Excellent garden view as so many windows/doors plus massive conservatory. Very well kept both internally and externally and so spacious. Surrounding properties very impressive too"
