A beautifully converted second floor apartment boasting panoramic views of the beach and dramatic cliffs. From the ground floor a shared hall and staircase lead to this stunning apartment with a contemporary living room taking in views from Newquay’s centrally located Towan beach, The Island and to Trevose Head, near Padstow. A stroll down the road leads to the heart of Newquay. Travelling up this dramatic coastline leads to Padstow with its working harbour, many high quality restaurants, quaint shops and galleries. Go karting and riding available. Shops and Pub 100 yards.

Shared entrance and stairs to second floor: Spacious living/dining room with feature fireplace, sea views and large well-equipped kitchen area with granite worktops and wooden floor. Double bedroom with 6ft bed, French doors to balcony with sea views, TV and en-suite shower room with toilet. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and wooden floor.
