Beautifully located in a prestigious gated setting within the grounds of the owners’ home, this comfortable detached holiday cottage is an ideal retreat for exploring the area, and perfect for keen walkers, with direct access to an abundance of walks, cycleways and bridle paths. The quaint hamlet of Peaslake, with church, inn and local store (500 yards) is nestled in the heart of the stunning Surrey Hills (AONB), yet only an hour from central London, Portsmouth or Brighton and halfway between Gatwick and Heathrow. Nearby, picturesque Shere with 13th-century church can be discovered, and various NT properties and gardens include Polesden Lacey, Clandon Park and Hatchlands Park. Also within easy reach are Dorking, Guildford, Denbies Vineyard, Leith Hill Tower and Box Hill. Shop 200 yards.
