Sands Farm Cottages provide an excellent selection of high quality holiday cottages, peacefully situated within farmland in the small village of Wilton overlooking the Vale of Pickering.� The cottages are perfectly positioned for exploring the area with the bustling market town of Pickering, home of the North York Moors Steam Railway, some 4 miles to the west and the lively coastal resort of Scarborough 14 miles to the east.� Thornton-le-Dale, Dalby Forest and the North York Moors National Park are all within 2�miles, whilst the historic City of York is within a half hour drive. All cottages are furnished to a high standard and most have private hot tub with others having a shared facility, perfect for using in all weathers.� Ample off road parking is available to all guests and the surrounding acres of grassland are available for children to play, or families to picnic and barbecue.� In addition to the usual farm animals, Sands Farm is often visited by natural wildlife which include foxes, badgers, deer and barn owls.
