Peacefully set by a babbling brook in the heart of the Wye Valley yet within walking distance of pubs hotels and famously lovely Tintern Abbey this very comfortable property enjoys great forest walking on the doorstep. Fishing canoeing cycling climbing and riding are all found nearby and there are good shops a castle and racing in Chepstow (5 miles) whilst historic Monmouth's excellent facilities are only 11 miles and a steam railway and butterfly zoo are within easy reach. Pub with good food 500 yards.

Spacious sitting room with gas 'coal effect' fire and French doors to garden. Dining area with well equipped kitchen. Spiral staircase to first floor: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/WC. Second staircase to first floor: Two double bedrooms one with ensuite shower room/WC. Single bedroom. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
