Approached by a private drive this idyllically peaceful and smartly furnished detached property (shown left of left photograph) enjoys open farmland views (pictured) and locally free access to Rufford Abbey grounds. Within 5 miles there are many visitor attractions including Go Ape Sherwood Pines quad biking go karting and Sherwood Forest. An excellent location for keen cyclists. Day tickets for Center Parcs available locally. Nottingham and Lincoln 25 miles. Golf ½ mile. Riding and fishing 2 miles. Pubs restaurants takeaways and shops 1½ miles.

Kitchen with breakfast area. Dining room. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Cloakroom/WC. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC. First floor: Two double bedrooms one with TV. Two twin bedded rooms both with zip and link beds (double by arr) and one with TV/DVD. Bathroom/WC with 6' double ended jacuzzi bath and separate steam shower cubicle. Shower room/WC.
