This 3 bedroom bungalow has it all, excellent facilities with all bedrooms en-suite, riverside garden, parking and situated 100 metres from both the shores of Ullswater and the centre of Pooley Bridge.� In the village you will find pubs, cafe's and shops and you can enjoy a trip on the Ullswater Steamers.� With good walking on the fells surrounding Ullswater, Roxby is the perfect place to relax and chill with a glass of wine in the garden, overlooking the river, at the end of a hard days walking.� Guests also have the opportunity to fish or canoe on the river and the spectacular waterfall at Aira Force is a must to visit.
