This Grade II listed cottage owned by well known gardening expert Stefan Buczacki is in a tiny hamlet 200 yards from the world renowned Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and walking distance from the theatre and centre of Shakespeare’s Stratford. Antiques and many period features including inglenook fireplace complement modern comforts. With a beautiful, totally private cottage garden, it is ideal for Stratford, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Shop and pub serving food 400 yards.

Beamed living room with dining table, wood-burning stove, rugs on flagstones. Fitted kitchen/dining room. Laundry. Bathroom with over-bath shower. Separate toilet. Two separate steep turning staircases to first floor: Double and twin bedrooms, both with rugs on original polished oak floors.
