In a woodland setting this very comfortable detached cottage enjoys a one acre enclosed garden plus fishing on the River Derwent just 50 yards across a meadow. There is a dining pub and shop just 100 yards away and Cromford and Crich (3 miles) offer good shops cafés and restaurants. The Heights of Abraham cable car and High Peak cycle trails are under 5 miles Chatsworth and Carsington Lake for water sports are both under 10 miles.

Hall. Spacious modern oak fitted kitchen. Lovely sitting/dining room with sofa bed (for + 2) open fire and attractive bay window. First floor: Double bedroom with 5' bed. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. with separate shower cubicle.

"This is the kind of place you would wish to have as your idyllic home. Quiet snug with all facilities. Very nice patio and garden. We went to Chatsworth and Haddon Hall as usual. We would recomend particularly Bolsover Castle and Hardwick hall. 09/10/2011"
