This outstanding property is one of a row of beautifully converted Grade II listed Victorian railway buildings that have been architecturally designed to reflect the acclaimed existing Isabard Kingdom Brunel structures, with picturesque riverside landscaping. River Quay has a large patio area overlooking the beautiful River Fowey. The sheltered South coast harbours or rugged North coast beaches are a short drive. Polperro and Looe with their quaint fishing villages and shops are a
20-minute drive. Shops 100 yards.

Step to entrance. Dining room with door to patio. Separate toilet. First floor: Open-plan living room with French doors to balcony overlooking Fowey River. Modern fitted kitchen with breakfast area. Utility/toilet. Second floor: Double bedroom with 5ft cast iron bedstead and en-suite shower room with toilet. Double bedroom. Large bathroom and toilet. Third floor: Twin bedroom.
